King Hustle

 

Born and raised in Stockton, California; King Hustle is the originator of Hustle Hop. Hustle Hop is a musical form that expresses the thoughts and experiences of a hustler. It is a mix between Gangster Rap, Hip Hop & Trap Music. He's an innovative artist; a bonafide hustler that stays true to his form. 

King Hustle started the Hustler's Paradise Vol. 1 project in 2007. That same year he was sentenced to five years in prison for various charges from four states.  He was released in February 2012  and has been on a mission to secure his position as an elite artist in the world of hip hop. The project was relaunched, and completed in 2013. King Hustle has sold thousands of copies out of the trunk of his car and it has been distributed widely digitally. It is receiving great reviews online and in the street. This classic mixtape has a variety of songs, including the hit single, "Fame and Fortune" featured on Coast 2 Coast Mixtape's Indie Top 50 Vol. 124 and "Money Power Respect" featured on Coast 2 Coast Mixtape's Indie Top 50 Vol. 482. The mixtape is available for download on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Beats and Rdio. 

 

The upcoming project, Bright Future, Dark Past, is due to be released in the summer of 2015 with a tour planned in late 2015 as well. This hustle hop album will have features from fellow Hustle Or Nothing artists. The first single from this album, "Tatted Up Swagged Out" will be released in February 2015. 

 

King Hustle considers himself a businessman with a gift to rhyme. King learned his game in the streets and has taken his hustlers' mentality & experiences and has began building his own empire. He has cut out the middle-man by forming Hustle or Nothing Entertainment; distributing his music independently. He lives, breathes, and bleeds what he raps about. King Hustle is the truth. His formula: "I'll sleep when I'm dead".  

 

King Hustle's vision of globally expanding his brand and the Hustle Or Nothing Movement is underway. This vision includes Hustle Or Nothing Clothing; a clothing line with urban, sports and boutique items for men, women and children.
